Our remote viewing works best using Internet Explorer. You may have to tweak or disable certain firewalls and pop-ups to get live web streaming to work. If you are able to watch streaming video or sites such as YouTube on your computer, it should work fine.
A login prompt will appear. The login information for your project will be given to the project manager.
You may need to download the Axis Communication Media Control application and will be prompted for it in a yellow toolbar at the top of your browser. If you are not prompted for the download, click here: Axis Media Control Download
Please make sure all firewalls are disabled and access to our streaming video is permitted through your server.
If you are using a browser other than Internet Explorer (Safari, Firefox, etc.) you will need to download Quicktime player if it is not already installed on your computer. You will use the same log-in instructions as above but once on the page will chose MPEG-4 under the video format drop down menu.
We require everyone to do a quick test run before viewing the groups. Please try logging on when you are able and downloading the necessary application. If a black box appears with the words “no video” in the upper left corner, the web streaming is working but our cameras are not on. If you have any trouble, please call Julia at 303-988-6808.
