From 100 pounds of beef to 99 bottles of beer on the wall, the staff at INGATHER RESEARCH have extensive experience with taste tests and are equipped to handle all of your culinary analysis and sensory testing needs. The kitchen is equipped with a double convection oven, four-burner stovetop, indoor grill, five microwave ovens, two refrigerators and three oversized freezers for storage of perishable goods.
