The client space boasts 1,600 sq. ft. complete with a conference area and additional 60” big screen that can serve as either a TV or second viewing area, a business center, a full wet bar with commercial espresso, game room with pool table, pinball and darts, and an exercise room with 42” big screen. This walks out to ˝ an acre with an in-ground pool, two hot tubs, and great outdoor living space with beautiful landscaping and both city and mountain views. All of this is only 12 minutes from downtown Denver.
The rooms are equipped with the lasted technology, including HD, high speed internet with both Qwest and Comcast. There is also Direct TV and the facility is wireless throughout. Additionally, clients that can not travel can log into their groups via INGATHER’S secure in-house video/web streaming at minimal costs. This technology could cost in the neighborhood of $2K with other facilities. Laptops for client use are located in offices, kitchen, viewing room and business center and can be used in any room given the wireless technology. The kitchen can run up to five microwaves concurrently, has indoor grill, stove top and double convection ovens for taste tests. There is separate refrigeration, including freezer space specifically dedicated for client use.
