Facility Host/Hostess: INGATHER RESEARCH is seeking professional, detail oriented, self-starters for part-time client/respondent interaction. Professional appearance and gracious demeanor required. Duties include food preparation, client and respondent interface, light computer tasks. Applicants must be comfortable with audio/visual equipment. Typical shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 or 4:00 to 11:00 p.m., with occasional early morning or Saturday shift. Ability to work irregular hours a must, as hosts/hostesses are staffed only as clients and projects deem necessary. This is a perfect part time or second job for college students, homemakers, teachers, or seniors. Drivers license and reliable vehicle a plus. Onsite Staff: INGATHER RESEARCH seeks professional, detail oriented, self-starters for part-time onsite data collection. Professional appearance and gracious demeanor required. Duties include surveying customers on-site at various locations, including restaurants, malls and retail stores. Applicants must be comfortable approaching people and must have great attention to detail as well as an ability to multi-task. Ability to work irregular hours a must, as these studies are scheduled by clients. This is a perfect part time or second job for college students, homemakers, teachers, or seniors. Internships! Perfect for the college student looking to gain knowledge and insight into the entire marketing research process. An internship at INGATHER RESEARCH will take the college student on a journey through all aspects of the marketing research process. Opportunities include (but are not limited to):
- Interacting with clients and end users,
- Host/Hostess duties,
- Experience in call center operations,
- Project management and job costing,
- Conducting interviews with respondents, both onsite and in-house, and
- Interacting with INGATHER RESEARCH management staff from project start to completion!
Internships offer a great opportunity to learn about the research process, and are paid positions. In many cases, students are able to earn college credit for their internship work.
