Not Just Recruiting… Scouting!

Many market research facilities will recruit dozens of respondents for a study without fully screening those individuals. While we here at INGATHER understand the need for a large database of respondents, we’re more concerned with having a group of individuals who truly help our customers reach their study goals.

In other words, we don’t just recruit…we scout!

This means that every member of our interviewing staff is extensively trained on our written recruiting protocol and each project is carefully managed. We scout, we monitor, we keep you informed, and we update you throughout the process.

The key to successful scouting is a collaboration between you and the INGATHER scouting team. Detailed reports and updates are delivered by email, so you can monitor the process from your own desk. INGATHER reports list the level and area of disqualification and the ease or difficulty of finding properly qualified participants. This allows you to quickly modify screening criteria if needed. Should issues arise during recruiting, INGATHER’s written protocol states that we must inform our clients in a timely manner, and have at least three solutions in our back pocket.
